New chief pilot every 6 months to a year, DO was very hard to follow up with and did not respond. Company is consumed with operational issues and fails to meet employee needs in a timely mannor.

whole process was adhoc, understanding of pay process. Company changed pay scales and process 2 times in 2 years. Pay is good for risking your life, putting up with click of employment structure, no upward mobility or ability to transition to a U.S. based position.
