Terrible interview process. I was asked how much do I want to make a year then told the maximum AAA Life was willing to pay was $30K less. What I asked for was industry average. Horrible HR hiring experience.

Panel interview with project managers and technical team. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable of job descriptions and what is needed to be successful in the position. There is room for growth and able to move around within company.
