The interview process was the same for all 3 years that i was working there. You go in and you sit down next to someone and listen to them take calls. make sure to look like youre paying attention. Afterwards you interview with a supervisor or manager. I interviewed with one of the managers. it was a pretty easy interview, asked generic questions/
