First i talked to the hiring manager for a brief moment then they took me upstairs to see what the call center looked like and I sat with one of the representatives and listened in on some of her calls then I went and had an interview with one of the managers of the department.

Very friendly and structured. The questions were situational, for example, asking me to explain a time when ..... In addition, the store manager and supervisor both sat in during the interview to observe the answers. The process was short and sweet and both of them were very fun and outgoing.

I was referred by an employee and applied online. The process took a little less than a month. The first interview was by phone and the other was in the office. The interview itself was pleasant and the supervisor asked a series of basic questions and then took you to sit with a representative to listen to a few phone calls to see exactly what the job was about.
