Interview started at 5 pm and ended at 9:00. It was intimidating for a young woman to be interviewed by AV during the evening, alone. He thoroughly enjoys the sound of his voice. He asked about background and skills, then proceeded to berate and negate each one, even those he didn't know of. I literally went home and cried afterwards. It appeared his goal was to prove how his background and skills were superior to anyone else's. My sister worked for him before and said he was like that before also. There was no follow up or offer, which was just as well. I went on to an excellent career instead. There are many places to work, but unless you like the battered woman syndrome, save yourself and steer away from here.
