I went in for an interview that was very rushed and shady. No real questions about me or my experience, more so them just selling the company to you and explaining how you can “move up” and make six figures in only a few months to a year. These people prey on those who are young, impressionable, and willing to work. They don’t explain the job description, base pay, or anything that they know we think we are signing up for.

there are 3 rounds of interview, each averaging about 20 minutes. just your average interview where tell them about yourself as a person and a worker. they also share how the company operates.
