Entrevista
First meeting is with recruiter for 30 minutes asking basic interview questions. Examples: Why are you looking for a new role? Why A-LIGN? What is your salary? Following week is 1-3 managers that will interview you for the role asking you behavioral questions. A few behavioral questions and they read off from a script for technical questions.

Interviewed with HR, Manager, and Director of department I was interested in working for. I thought the interviews were relatively relaxed and casual, with them having a list of generic questions that were used as a template but then sort of expanded upon during the process to make it a little bit more natural.

Had a phone interview, then was flown down to meet with folks currently in the role. Had a few additional interviews and then was offered the job. They put me up in a nice hotel across the street from the office.
