Phone interview,skype interview, then district manager interview. I was working with a recruiter who helped me along the way. It was a pretty smooth interview process. It took awhile to hear back about the background check and where and when to start, about 2 weeks. I was told there were logistical issues with training facility. Good experience over all though.

Interviewed with recruiter via phone 1 to 1 interview with District Manager, was informed would be contacted for next steps Never heard a thing via phone or e-mail. Interview went well standard questions. It appeared that they were looking for female hispanic/bilingual as that was the only employees noticed in this location.

standard questions with an HR rep and District Manager. reviewed that they would drug test. covered the fact that they are open all but 2 days per year. understated the amount of physical labor involved. misrepresented what location I would be assigned to. misrepresented the amount of training they provide.
