First call with recruiter you could tell was new and did not ask proper questions, 2nd step was with 2 hiring managers and recruiter set zoom meeting for 30min instead of 1hr and accidently added passcode to zoomlink. Hiring managers were not energetic nor had experience interviewing before. got ghosted after 2nd interview had to email to ask for an update and after i got the automated denied repones i asked for feedback but were given none.
