I was found by a recruiting agency. They told me about the company and I was excited to interview because it was a small company that has a pretty aggressive trajectory for growth. I went into the office off of Reed Hartman on the side of the L&E Research building. The office is a large open space with a couple rows of desks with two and three monitors a person. I met with the owner and a few of the staff. The interview was low pressure and mostly informal. I heard back within a few days and was invited back for a couple hours of job shadowing. After shadowing, I was offered a position and accepted within 2 weeks..

They just feel you out to see if you would be a good fit... if you have logistics knowledge. If you don't have logistics Knowledge they will train you up again the are just looking to see you are an Alpha or a Beta. They are looking for Beta's people they can train up and will not challenge ideas. Now when they train you up, it will not be to the standard of the industry but to the way in which they do things so I would not take all their practices to another company.
