The interview process with 6sense went very smoothly. While it was on the lengthier side in terms of duration (~3 weeks), you can see that the team really makes sure that they are hiring the right person for the role and getting to know their candidates. Each interview ranged from 30 mins - 1 hr and I returned for several different interview segments before receiving and accepting an offer.
I felt welcomed from day 1 of the interview process. Interviewing with several members of the team has made for an easier transition. The team was very candid with the type of work/environment I would be stepping into since the beginning, an aspect I very much admired and respected. For a team to put trust in a candidate right from the get-go is a good feeling, and makes you feel like they invest in each and every one of their employees. To have that be so apparent in the interview process was a main selling factor for me.
Interview questions were standard + related to marketing, my previous experiences, and aspects of their content as well. Make sure you know your material and have done an ample amount of reading beforehand, as the interview vibe is conversational. I ended up leaving each interview having learnt much more about the company and department. After each round, I was kept in the loop at lightning speed and knew pretty early on in the process that if I was offered the position, I wouldn't hesitate to take it!
