Phone interview with recruiter, followed by phone interview with team manager, followed by video conference with team manager and the director. Was told I would hear back the following week, so I contacted the recruiter when a week had passed with no update. She said to be patient, that I was still being considered and I would receive word when there was an update. Never received that update. A follow up email that was sent weeks later was never answered.

Immediate response as they seem to cycle employees through the place - a very high turnover. They wanted a inexpensive network administrator REALLY but advertised for an IT Consultant. They provide tech support to nonprofits but their cash cow is to also keep those clients in old technology - they are cloud phobic which would result in a shakeup of their business. I can see an organization in trouble. I wonder why they don't.
