Perfect until the second round but things turned really ugly in the third round. The firm's owner Mickey arrived over 1 hour late for the interview (said he woke up late) and then began getting aggressive and taking personal potshots out of the blue during the interview by saying things such as how can you contribute anything, this is not kindergarten etc out of the blue even though I am a specialist in the field. The other two economists on his side had to jump in to cut him off. It seemed clear from his demeanor that it his family business and he lacks professionalism.
