Extended application is extremely difficult. They expect you to apply lengthy and stringent company standards to test (application) transcripts. I spent hours poring over the writing standards and going through the Modules. Did well on first reviewed test and was given feedback on it. On next test my contractor application was abruptly terminated with no feedback or explanation. Not a good way to screen candidates. Don't know if algorithm or human makes decisions. Very frustrating and huge waste of time and energy on my part.
