I first talked with HR rep, then a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. At that point I then came in to talk with 2 more people. After that I came in again and talked with 2 VPs. Everyone was extremely friendly . The interview was fairly casual going over background and employment history. The only huge negative was the HR individual. It took a long time for him to even schedule the in-person interviews after the initial phone screen. In fact I had to follow up myself. After a week I left a voice mail as a follow up. No reply. Emailed. No reply. I think that it's fine if they decided I wasn't the right fit but the courtesy of just a short e-mail saying I was not being considered wouldn't have taken much time. The fact they ignored me and left me hanging was extremely unprofessional and gives a negative light on the company (or at least their HR). The experience would have been positive had it not been for the HR.
