I was referred to 2e by a former colleague. She passed along my resume to her contact and the VP of Accounts reached out via email to set-up a phone interview. We chatted later that week for about 30 minutes, at which time I was told I'd be invited in to meet with others on the team. The stars aligned and all the folks I needed to meet with had availability the following day (when does that ever happen!?). I spent about 2.5 hours meeting with various people. It was a very relaxed interview. We sat in arm chairs back in the company's library. We established right away that I met the qualifications for the role and moved quickly into personality and culture fit questions.
