Long and a waste of time. Was referred by an employee. Also applied and submitted resume. The recruiter never reached out to me until said employee tracked down recruiter. Between initial application and first contact from the recruiter was 4 months. Another 3 months went by before the recruiter reached out again to schedule the first interview. The interview was scheduled and went well. Two days after the interview, another recruiter emailed me to say that the hiring manager really enjoyed speaking with me but there was no role at the moment that was the most ideal fit.

It's not an entirely bad process, but it's way overcomplicated. There were 5 rounds: recruiter, senior peer, hiring manager, hiring manager's peer, hiring manager's boss. Lots of redundancy and lots of waiting.
