The process wasn't too bad. I did a phone interview and then an in-person interview. They didn't offer a relocation package prior to me staring. Not sure if that has changed. It wasn't too extensive or over bearing. I referred my best friend and she got the job and her experience was very similar to my own.

3 round interview; It was one with the recruiter, one with the team (team you will work with) and one with the director of the team (1:1). Lots of questions. All on video.

Because of COVID the process was long (4-6 weeks) and I had three interviews. It was a good experience and I was offered a position. Didn't start for 4-6 until after offer. Had to be patient but a lot of benefits working for this company so I was patient and am excited to start.
