Very quick, responsive, and positive. I enjoyed how different this was from any other higher ed related job search I have done. I felt like I was in the loop the entire time and it was very organized. It didn't feel intimidating at all and the presentation format felt fine (I had to teach the panel about something, I chose to teach how to write a blog post on SquareSpace).

Entrevista
I initially had an HR screening interview over the phone. Then I had a phone interview with one of the team managers. It was a friendly and casual interview about my background and experience. I then was asked to come in for a final in person interview. The interview was conducted by the team manager, two people on the team, and another manager from a different team. I was asked to prepare a short presentation on anything that interested me so they could get a feel for how I explained a process. I was told I would hear back within the next two weeks. I never heard from them again, despite sending follow up emails to the HR rep and the team manager. I was shocked that a company that seems to pride itself on its company culture would just never get back to me and ignore my emails.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of two phone interviews (1 with a recruiter, 1 with the direct reporting manager) followed by an in-person interview. This took place in the office with a panel of people asking questions, and I was required to give a short presentation.

I was contacted the day after submitting my online application to schedule a phone interview. This was followed by a second phone interview, followed by a third in-person interview and brief presentation.
