Had 3 rounds total - a call with HR, then Senior Director of Engineering( Automation) and then Director of Engineering, Shared Services. I was asked questions on technical leadership, conflict management, challenges, etc. I was working in exact same capacity at my current company and performed extremely well during the interviews but I was ghosted after the third round. The process lasted about 10-14 days but still, it was very unprofessional of them to not inform me of their decision. Its been about 2 weeks since my last interview. I urge serious candidates to stay away.
