I submitted my resume and had an employee referral and was happy to hear about my first phone screen. I talked to HR first for about an hour, then had a phone interview with the marketing manager for about an hour, and finally went in for an in person interview that was about an hour and a half. Everyone I talked to was incredibly kind, funny, smart, and helpful. They were very transparent throughout the process and although I did not end up there, I have nothing but positive things to say about the company.
