It was a five interview process that took over 3 months to complete. Started with company recruiter, Chief of Staff for 1 hour, then 4 separate one hour interviews each with a different person. They really honed in on one or two questions and if you didn't say what they were looking for they kinda stuck there. On one hand, they are thorough and you get to meet a lot of people. On the other hand, it's a very long and involved process and they seem to be looking for very specific responses.
