Submitted a CV and cover letter. Emailed to confirm a phone interview with the Director. Even the emails I received showed a total lack of effort or interest. One line, quickly written dismissive responses.
Anyway, during the interview, the director's interviewing style was quite condescending with really a total disinterest or lack of respect. No contact at all after the interview despite following up.
If I were a company thinking of using 1PGR, I would really question how they can hope to get the best talent if they put off candidates through a badly-organised and condescending selection process.

Had an informal interview over the phone that lasted about 15 minutes. Went over my background information, motivation for the role and my interest in the company. Friendly and relaxed environment.

Slow, unresponsive, and unhelpful. I applied for a marketing job through the recruitment agency. From the off set the process was very slow and unresponsive. It took about 3 weeks for the director of the recruitment company to contact me about the job and then another 2 weeks to arrange an interview. Once I had completed the interview I rung the director of the recruitment company as he told me to let him know how the interview went but he seemed very uninterested and unfriendly. I allowed 2 weeks to go by until I chased up the recruitment agency on the status of my interview but I got no reply for another 3 weeks. The entire process was a long waiting game and the company seems very unorganised, I would not suggest going through this process.
