Interview process was not personal, although the interviewers were lovely I did not receive any feedback following the interview. Decor is beautifully artsy and creative and seems like a lovely company to work with. Just need to focus and spend more time more on the employee experience from the moment they make contact with the candidate. Suggestion to look at the way well known brands are doing it in their industry.
