I applied via email submission and got a reply regarding my skill set to which i responded truthfully and never got a response back. I circled back twice and nothing. After a few months I saw the job listing again and decided to apply again and got a response back a day later for a video call interview. It went well I would say and was told that a typically a second interview is done during the hiring process. I reached out a week later to touch base and never got a response back, it has been almost a month now. I get the sensation that this is an firm that only cares about hiring on a project basis. In other words no attention to career growth for their employees
