Applied online, scheduled for a hour-long call over the phone. Interview started behavioral and got technical towards the end, questions about coding scenarios. Interviewer was nice and understanding, overall average questions and intensity.

Three rounds.
Round 1-Phone interview with Senior Platform analyst.
Once Round 1 is cleared, next two rounds will be scheduled.
Round 2 ( 2 hours and 45 min duration)
-Technical round( Technical Lead)
-Communications skills and Time management skills (Platform Analyst Manager)
-Technical Round(Senior Platform Analyst)
If round 2 is not cleared, round 3 will be canceled.
Round 3 (1 hour and 45 min)
-Problem-solving and Analytical Skills(Senior Platform Analyst)
-Interview with Sr. Director Customer Experience.
Looking for candidates with technical skills than business analytics skills.
Good to have XML, MS Excel and SQL skills.
Multiple duties will be assigned (Technical, Client interface etc.)
8 weeks training will be there
