The interview experience itself was great. Got to present my work, CV, and portfolio, and the interviewers were friendly and engaging throughout the session. It felt like a positive and meaningful conversation. Unfortunately, after that, I never heard back. Despite sending a few follow-up emails and even trying to call over the next few months, I was met with silence. A bit disappointing considering how well the interview seemed to go.

First interview was easy enough. 40 min going over portfolio, 15 min dedicated to questions and discussion about practice, work environment and current projects. Second interview - 1hr 30min. Portfolio was scrutinised down to the smallest detail. Though interviewer, however it was a good experience having to defend my work. Finished interview with a more detailed conversation about working from home, availability, etc. Third Interview - 20 min. Once again I went over the portfolio with one of the directors. He had not been briefed about my previous interviews and treated it like the first interview. The interview finished with "We are currently not hiring any juniors, we need someone more senior". Needless to say I did not get an offer.
