The interview consisted of a video interview of recorded responses to about 6 questions or so, followed by an in person interview with a computer test. The computer test was easy and the interview was more of a friendly chat. The manager I spoke with was very personable and the questions in the interview weren't the awful, typical, 50 scenario descriptions and how would you handle them. It was more based on my personality and if I would get along with other people in the company.
