I was very impressed by the entire interview process with this company. I was interviewing for a position they were hired to fill. The post was found on a job search site, I applied and was contacted by an “assistant” recruiter. She was super helpful and gave a lot of insight to the process. I was scheduled for an initial interview with my dedicated recruiter a few days later. This person works directly with the company needing the job filled. And they know A LOT about that company and position. I had my interview with the recruiter and he told me immediately he thought I would be an excellent fit and that he would relate that to the hiring team. He also mentioned that they don’t work with just any hiring company. That the two cultures had to align. And that really stood out since I was having such an amazing experience already. I could only imagine what the hiring company’s culture was like. Then I was scheduled for an in person interview with the hiring team the following week. During the time I was waiting for the in person interview, my dedicated recruiter reached out with tips and words of encouragement the entire way. He even sent me an email the morning before my interview to wish me good luck. He promised to keep in the loop no matter what the outcome was and he did just that. It took about a week for the hiring team to come to a decision and the recruiter updated my almost daily to let me know what was happening. The day I was offered the job he sent me the details and then followed up with a call to make sure I understood everything and to answer any questions. This is one of the few times I worked with a recruiter and couldn’t recommend Twice as Nice enough. If you’re ever in need, I’d check out what positions they are trying to fill.
