Started with a video interview which was 5 strength-based questions. There was no time to prepare in-between questions as was recorded the entire time. Then you have to watch a video and answer questions based on said video. Following this is an assessment centre.

Self-recorded interview, followed by test, followed by group interview, where you work on group exercises on zoom in groups of 5-6 to see your cooperation and communication skills. Also a practice lesson where you go through an example tutorial.
