I had exactly the same experience as the other two reviewers here. The initial phone screen seemed to go pretty well. I was told I'd hear back after they discussed the details with other internal stakeholders, but I never heard from her again. I sent a follow up email about a week after, but that got ignored. Totally unprofessional on their part. Either tell me on the phone, or send an email after, to let me know I'm not suitable.
