Hiring process takes too long and they don't give any updates. They go radio silent for weeks and then call/email you like nothing happened, and then they go radio silent again! It's quite annoying and unprofessional.

Just standard technical questions related to the role I was applying for.
I had an initial phone screening, during which my background and experience were discussed, but the conversation unexpectedly shifted into a technical interview without advance notice, making the process feel rushed, unstructured, and difficult to navigate effectively
Good interview process. HR was continuously in touch during the entire recruitment process until the end. The Interviewer was having sound knowledge of the technology. Also, the managerial round was good.
