I applied online and heard back from HR about 3-4 weeks after. We had a 15-minute phone screen in which I was told the process would take a while bc the start date wasn't until August and they had a record-breaking amount of applications. A day later, I heard back inviting me to a Zoom interview. I had that and it went well although one of the interviewers didn't show up but sent a message. After which, I was ghosted.
