You will play a vital role in managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the delivery of commercial products, all while contributing to our company’s overall objectives.

Where You’ll Be

You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with various departments such as Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales to deliver excellent service to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing daily communications through established company channels.

• Process and verify customer orders, coordinate with internal teams to confirm delivery dates, and keep customers informed of order status and any changes.

• Plan and manage shipments, deliveries, and related documentation, including invoicing and export paperwork when required.

• Register and track customer claims, coordinate with relevant departments for resolution, and keep customers updated throughout the process.

• Support the introduction of new products or designs by coordinating between customers and internal teams.

• Provide back-office support, including sending product certifications, monitoring stock levels, preparing reports, and supporting monthly meetings and projects.

• Manage the supply of commercial products, including purchase planning, order processing, and handling non-conformities with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Maintain accurate customer information and support the onboarding of new team members.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Vocational training in administration and/or commercial fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Communication skills in English (spoken and written), with French considered an asset depending on customer assignments.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as customer service, order management, sales support, or public-facing positions.

• Practical experience with business systems (e.g., BPCS, Cognos) is an advantage.
