What will your challenges be?

Follow-up of actions related to the realization of congresses and other events (definition of: objectives, necessary resources, activities, people involved, destinations, spaces and accommodations, etc.).

Organization and development of events (with the relevant support), coordinating and monitoring the different phases and people involved in each project.

Elaboration and control of the corresponding budgets. -

Negotiation of conditions.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education: Middle degree

Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role.

Languages: C1 English

IT: Proficiency in Office at user level as well as in management and control tools

Others: Willingness to travel
