Somos una empresa multinacional, líder en el sector, y buscamos incorporar un/a Gestor/a de cuentas para la zona de Madrid , formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y en un entorno donde se fomenta el aprendizaje y el crecimiento profesional constante.

El principal objetivo, es el de impulsar el crecimiento de ventas y la rentabilidad en la zona de Madrid mediante la gestión y desarrollo de la cartera de distribuidores e instaladores, ofreciendo asesoramiento técnico-comercial en soluciones de fontanería y climatización, realizando seguimiento integral de las oportunidades y pedidos, y coordinándose con prescripción y marketing para generar nuevas oportunidades y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente en toda la cadena de valor.

Funciones

• Gestionar la cartera de clientes (Distribuidores y empresas Instaladoras)
• Estudiar, valorar y dar seguimiento a las propuestas técnicas y económicas relacionadas con la fontanería y climatización de edificios realizadas a empresas instaladoras.
• Dar soporte en la venta diaria y en las campañas de Marketing a las empresas distribuidoras.
• Asesorar al cliente mediante propuestas técnicas, participando activamente hasta su venta y en coordinación con el departamento de prescripción.
• Hacer seguimiento del pedido del cliente para asegurar la satisfacción de toda la cadena de valor.
• Prospectar el mercado de instaladores para aumentar la cartera de clientes.

Requisitos

• Formación técnica
• Conocimiento y experiencia superior a 5 años como Delegado/a de Ventas de sistemas de fontanería/calefacción/climatización/ventilación/Materiales de Construcción/ Sistemas de evacuación a través de canales de distribución
• Manejo de Paquete Office y herramientas de reporte de ventas a nivel CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics…)
• Persona con empatía, iniciativa, dinámica, resolutiva y con buena capacidad de interlocución.
• Persona colaboradora, comprometida con vocación comercial y trabajo en equipo.

About the Role

At GF Building Flow Solutions (Uponor – GF Building Flow Solutions), we specialize in solutions for the safe and efficient transport of water, gas, and other fluids in buildings and infrastructure.

We are a leading multinational company in the sector and are looking to hire an Account Manager for the Madrid area. You will join a dynamic team in an environment that fosters continuous learning and professional growth.

The main objective of this role is to drive sales growth and profitability in the Madrid region by managing and developing the portfolio of distributors and installers, providing technical-commercial advice on plumbing and HVAC solutions, ensuring full follow-up of opportunities and orders, and coordinating with the specification and marketing teams to generate new opportunities and guarantee customer satisfaction across the entire value chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer portfolio (distributors and installation companies).
• Review, assess, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals related to plumbing and HVAC building projects submitted to installation companies.
• Support distributors in daily sales activities and marketing campaigns.
• Advise customers through technical proposals, actively supporting them through to closing in coordination with the specification department.
• Monitor customer orders to ensure satisfaction throughout the entire value chain.
• Prospect the installer market to expand the customer portfolio.

Requirements

• Technical background.
• More than 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative in plumbing/heating/HVAC/ventilation/building materials/drainage systems through distribution channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM sales reporting tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
• Empathetic, proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented, and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative, committed professional with strong commercial drive and team spirit.
