Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage security officers and patrol personnel. Create shift schedules and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Patrol Operations: Develop, implement, and audit patrol protocols (on foot or by vehicle) to monitor designated zones for suspicious activity, hazards, or security breaches.
• Incident Management: Lead the immediate response to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents. Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Systems Monitoring: Oversee surveillance systems (such as CCTV), alarm responses,Body CAM and access control procedures. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate logs of all activities, draft detailed incident reports, and ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, or military, with prior supervisory experience.
• Skills: Strong crisis management skills, proficiency in security technology (CCTV, patrol tracking systems), and clear verbal and written communication.
• Physical & Background: Capability to undergo strict background vetting (e.g., KDN vetting in Malaysia) and physical fitness to occasionally walk or stand for extended periods.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
