Description
Xe is a cross-border payments platform. We help SMEs and consumers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand collect, convert, hold, and send money across markets. Each year, over 300 million people use Xe for currency information and over 350,000 use us to send money overseas.
Today, we're rebuilding the platform layer behind cross-border payments for corporate and consumer clients. We're small enough that your code ships fast and your decisions matter, and Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT) backs us so the problems stay real-scale.
We're hiring an Associate Product Manager who owns defined features and areas of the product, from discovery through delivery, working closely with the Product Manager. You already use AI as part of how you think, plan, prototype, and ship.
You'll help own a product that moves money for Xe's customers in production, taking defined features and areas from idea through launch under the direction of the Product Manager, who you report to. Your squad owns a slice of the platform, from the customer experience through to the services and partner integrations behind it. You partner with engineering on delivery, bring data and customer evidence into decisions, and escalate the bigger roadmap and prioritization calls to the PM.
-
Own defined features or areas of the roadmap under the Product Manager's direction, taking them from spec through delivery.
-
Support the Product Manager on roadmap and prioritization: write user stories and requirements, maintain the backlog, and keep delivery on track.
-
Run discovery and analysis: talk to customers, dig into product data, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
-
Coordinate day-to-day delivery with engineering, design, and compliance, unblocking issues and tracking progress against metrics.
Must-have
-
3 to 5 years of product or related experience (product management, product analytics, associate product management, or equivalent), ideally in fintech or payments.
-
Experience owning features or product areas end-to-end, with a track record of shipping.
-
Strong customer and partner discovery skills: validating problems and gathering evidence to inform what to build.
-
Strong data and analytics skills: defining metrics, running basic experiments, and analyzing outcomes.
-
Technical fluency: APIs, data flows, and system architecture basics, enough to partner with engineering.
-
Comfort working across design, compliance, and partner teams in a regulated environment.
-
Daily use of AI tools across product work (research, analysis, documentation, and prototyping).
-
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to write clear requirements and work across functions.
Nice-to-have
-
Experience with B2B or SME-focused fintech.
-
Experience working with banking partners or payment processors.
-
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Posthog, Segment, or equivalent).
-
Track record of zero-to-one product launches.
-
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, and knowledge of UX design best practices.
-
Annual performance-related rewards: performance-based annual bonus
-
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP): open to all employees
-
Car allowance: monthly car allowance (subject to Direction Level)
-
Meal vouchers: 8€ per working day

-
Money transfer discounts: special discounts on transfers
-
Annual salary review: performance-based process
-
Hybrid working model: 2 days per week WFH with flexible scheduling
-
Extended vacation allowance: 25-30 days annual leave
-

-
Annual employee recognition events: HEROES awards & seniority recognitions
-
Annual social events: end-of-year celebration & regional/departmental gatherings
-
Seasonal celebrations: Halloween, New Year, Christmas, and other festivities
-
Volunteer days & CSR initiatives: Save the Children, environmental actions, food bank donations, and more
-
Employee wellness weeks: global and local wellbeing activities
-
Leadership training: internal and external learning opportunities
-
Cross-functional project opportunities: available based on skills and project needs
