FUNCION PRINCIPAL

Realizar las funciones administrativas de recepción, control de stocks y expedición de mercancías. Soporte a los coordinadores y responsable de almacén. Trabajo a turnos

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

• Recepción administrativa de productos acabados y Componentes: atender a los conductores y gestionar la documentación administrativa y contable.
• Desubicar informáticamente los productos los productos que deben ser expedidos
• Resolución de incidencias y devoluciones de clientes y proveedores de expediciones con origen El Pla
• Resolución de incidencias internas
• Control de inventario de palets. Resolución administrativa de las discrepancias de paletización entre físico y datos maestros.
• Mantenimiento de los datos maestros propios de la división de los artículos y clientes
• Control de paquetería/correo interno entre centros de trabajo de el Pla-Barcelona
• Interlocución entre logística y almacén
• Contacto con el cliente con el fin de convenir día y hora de entrega de la expedición.
