Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our Pay with Cash squad of Daily Banking & Savings Tribe
The responsibility of this team is to ensure that all the cash needs of the customers are meet in having the cost under control, looking for bilateral agreements, following up the behaviour of the customers and the performance of our partners. Our way of working follows agile methodology, but even more importatn is the collaboration spirit (we work with several areas in the bank, all of them crucial por success) and the make it happen driver.
Your key responsibilities:
As a customer journey expert of Pay with Cash you will:
Contibuting to the follow up of the business, as well as the financial impact and RFC
Collaborate in the strategy by ensuring the the proper locations of the ATMs and proposing changes if it's- necessary
Giving feedback to our partners, ensuring a smooth communication
Building strong and healthy communication with all the ING Stakeholders to reach our goals
Managing the communications to the customer hand by hand with MK and CI
Increase the customer satisfaction, following up the Voice of the Customers and customizing the answers

Background & experience
Master or bachelor degree with 1-3 year working experience in Customer Experience or Product & Service design.
Technical skills
Required:
Strong analytical mindset.
Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
Desirable:
Experience in data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar
Experience applying Design Thinking or similar methodologies to CX challenges.
Soft skills:
Customer-centric mindset with strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Curiosity and Outside-in approach to bring what other companies/industries are doing to build the best Customer Experience
