The C&B Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the CoDir’s, EMEA’s and Maison’s goals. This role requires a deep understanding of labor market trends and practice, as well as legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
Missions
Compensation & Benefits management: Develop and manage compensation strategies to attract and retain the best talent
Conduct market and trend analysis through salary survey input and market research on an annual and ad hoc basis.
Annually assess the benefits offered and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations regarding employee conditions.
Develop of competitive package proposal for managerial roles and international mobility’s.
Interact with the local key players in each country for any benefit purpose (brokers, insurance companies, suppliers of services for employees.
To ensure the implementation of the group’s commission and compensation policies at the local level.
Actively contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of regional C&B policies, ensuring alignment between EMEA guidelines and local market realities.
Support the regional implementation of pay transparency requirements, ensuring local adaptation of the EMEA frameworks — including data collection, pay gap monitoring, and compliance with country-specific equality obligations.
Develop and roll out communication and training tools to support HRBPs in the effective management and understanding of C&B policies across the region.
Payroll, legal & Administration: ensure the optimization for the proper functioning of payroll systems ensuring compliance with labor legislation
Interpret and implement Human Resources policies regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc.
Review our processes and policies and make proposals for improvement as necessary.
Monitor, approve, and control the payroll processing for the 7 countries of Mediterranean.
Ensure and maintain the individual employee records for all corporate staff and managing all HR aspects of their payroll; ensuring such information is held in the strictest of confidence.
Interpret and update the HR team of any changes in local regulations or collective agreement that may impact C&B conditions and consequently business.
Manage all immigration-related processes across the region, including work permits, visa applications, and administrative authorizations for international assignments and employee mobility; act as the main point of contact with local legal partners and LVMH mobility teams to ensure compliance with each country’s immigration requirements.
Ensuring compliance with the equality requirements of each country.
HR Budget construction, KPI’s & Reporting
Prepare and submit monthly & annual social reports on main HR indicators for corporate (Louis Vuitton & LVMH) & auditors;
Prepare and follow up on a monthly basis the main social indicators and relevant KPI’s (absenteeism, turnover, , staff flexibility, etc.);
Relevant Scope Measures
NUMBER OF COUNTRIES UNDER ITS RESPONSIBILTY: 7 (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Israel and Kazajstán).
WORK PLACE: Madrid, with sporadic travelling throughout the region.
DIRECT REPORTS: 4 direct reports (1 Junior (trainee))
Profil
EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree, with preference from Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Law.
EXPERIENCE
Ideal 5-7 years of experience in C&B, combining in-house and consulting backgrounds; experience in a retail or service-related environment and/or an international company covering multiple markets is strongly preferred.
Knowledgeable and experienced on Spain labor Law and Employee relations (being Spain the largest market within the region).
