Good perks (Mandatory benefits by law in Spain):
-Health insurance
-Life insurance.
Bad things:
-They pay seniority bonus through a "Performance bonus". Seniority is mandatory by spanish laws, so in the end there is no bonus at all, apart from the mandatory one.
-If you are french then you have possibilities to scale in the "Technical Ladder". Otherwise you will be were you are forever. No salary revisions at all.
-French people receive fees to travel, other people don't.
-French people receive extra fees for trips to dangerous countries (I.E. Lybia). Other people are not "entitled" to receive it.
-Human Resources will try to cheat you as much as possible. Do not trust them.
