It was an un-fore-gettable day on the green with Kids Matter, a non-profit that that supports children who live in poverty by providing basic needs such as new clothing and shoes, books and backpacks. It was an honor to participate in the event; thanks for having us Kids Matter International!
This past week, we had the pleasure of hosting over 70 leaders representing our Salon Managers, Franchisees, and Salon Support Center at the Power of One conference, an experience focused on leadership, performance, and building relationships with each other and the clients we serve. Early feedback post-conference tells us that our managers left inspired, equipped, and ready to bring new insights and strategies back to their teams. From engaging sessions on local marketing strategies and the client experience, to a Boardroom-Feud game centered around establishing trust among teams, the energy in the room was incredible.
