Innovative Communication Systems (ICS) sells and installs voice and data communications systems primarily to businesses in central and southern Texas; it also does business in New Jersey. The company deals in equipment made by such vendors as Nortel, Toshiba, and ADTRAN. It installs phone, messaging, and conferencing systems and lays cable for voice and data applications. ICS also resells phone service and Internet access from AT&T in Texas and PayTech in New Jersey. Its other consulting services include bill analysis and systems design. Founded in 1981 by president Dannie Simons, ICS has additional Texas offices in Dallas, Houston, Pharr, and San Antonio, and an office in Piscataway, New Jersey.
