You are forced to accept multiple demo lessons and most of them are given to other teachers with very little time in advance. It's mandatory to prepare each demo lesson and to have a meeting beforehand. After the demo, someone from the team speaks to the student and you are given a feedback. The system seems fair but at the end, you have to work many hours for free and it's not really in your hands if the student is going to continue. Many demos are cancelled too. Sometimes you are offer demos that are not aligned with your field of expertise but if you don't accept them you are punished, so you get less demo offers. All in all, hours of preparation and very little income if you are successful.
