None. Colleagues in the HQ are nice and vibes are okay but the opCos (within Aspire Software), are toxic places with unethical practices. They treat their employees badly and I have never seen such a horrible management. Operating partners are phsychopaths and they only care about profitability.
Desventajas
Not a single positive thing. Disrespectful managers, toxic workplace, massive workload, poor ethics.
