Ventajas

The company is doing good and the DEI task-force really strives in improving the workplace and building an integrating culture.

Desventajas

The salary for student assistants has been frozen for 4 years now, and the working conditions, especially around flexibility in schedules and location have been worsening for the two years I've been in the company. HR decided to not schedule an offboarding meeting after I decided to leave the company.
