      Desventajas

      Insufficient leadership skills from heads and directors. The CEO is also the PM, the Director, the Manager, and everything at the same time, at the same place.

      Ventajas

      The interview process was fast, well-structured, and very human. Recruiting was highly engaged and transparent at every step, which created a strong sense of trust from the beginning. Onboarding is solid and well thought out, with good documentation, clear expectations, and access to the right tools from day one. The company shows a genuine commitment to strong values, data-driven decision making, and a pragmatic but ambitious approach to AI. Engineering culture feels mature: good tooling, focus on quality, and respect for people’s time and expertise.

      Desventajas

      As with any growing company, there is still some complexity in aligning teams and ownership across domains. Some processes and structures are evolving, which may feel slightly unclear at first, especially for new joiners. This is not necessarily a negative, but it requires comfort with change and active communication.
