Free Covid Tests for employees

Desventajas

Poor training, low oversight, understaffed, lack of support prevents employees from having any resources to provide clients with necessary information. Very poor communication. No cooperation between departments. The customer is the lowest priority.

Overwork. Embarrassingly underpaid - the average CSM base salary is $75k. At eScreen you make $45-50k base salary for the same work. EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. You will drown in work. Going on vacation is scary because you may come back to a pile of work just left for you because there’s little to no support. Management does not do a good job at advocating for their employees. No bonuses structure because they don’t create KPIs or Metrics that you can be paid for when it comes to retention/renewal/upsell of clients
