From my initial contact with the Resource Manager, to my experience with the back-office personnel setting up the agreements and payments, to weekly follow-ups checking in, and to project close-out, everything went very smoothly. All their personnel were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very attentive, answering any of my questions in a very timely and caring fashion. Reimbursement of my T&E's were always paid accurately and on time. I never had to call and follow-up on discrepancies. There also was no long wait for my initial payment. I developed a close friendship with their team and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a trusting, professional and honest staffing agency.
